Car Rental and Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions

Rental Age

A minimum of 25 years of age is required for the commercial vehicles. For other groups, the minimum rental age is 21.

Rental Period

Minimum rental period is 1 day.  If returns delayed by more than 3 hours, 1 additional day is charged.  For returns delayed by less than 3 hours but more than 1 hour, one fifth of the rental charge is added.  Online bookings made within 48 hours of the pick up time may not be honoured, please phone in these circumstances to ensure availability.

Insurances

Pandora Car Rental includes the following insurances; Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Third Party Liability within the fees quoted.

What is included and excluded in the rates

Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometres, costs of lubrication and technical maintenance, insurance of CDW.  Petrol, one way rentals, delivery and pick-up are calculated separately.  Delivery and Collection of the vehicle within the Dalaman locality are included free of charge, additional fees may be charged for other locations.  If requested child seats are provided free of charge.
Value Added Tax at the rate of 18% is included in the prices quoted.

Traffic Fines

Traffic fines and the legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that occur during the rental period are charged to the renter.

Driving Licence

Minimum 3 years old driving license is required for the commercial vehicles .  For other groups, the license should be at least 2 years old.

Payment Conditions

Cash and credit cards are both accepted by Pandora Car Rental.  A refundable deposit is also required in addition to the rental fee.  The exact rental fee is calculated upon delivery of the vehicle.

Long term Rentals

Special rates apply for long-term rentals.  The minimum period for a long term rental is 30 days.  For more information regarding the rates and conditions please call the Pandora Reservation centre on +90 (0)252 692 49 25

One Way Rentals

If the vehicle is returned to a different location, out of Dalaman and the rentals less than 7 days one way fee may be applied.

Accident and Stolen Conditions

In case of an accident or damage, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site until the police or gendarme have assessed the scene.  For insurance purposes accident, theft and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station.  For the detailed information and assistance please call Pandora Car Rental on +90 (0)252 692 49 25.

Delivery and Pick-up

Delivery and pick-up may be charged, if the rental period is less than 7 days and the rental is out of Dalaman boarders.

Additional Drivers

The vehicle can be driven by anyone else, however any additional drivers must have been registered in the rental agreement prior to use.  There is no extra cost for additional drivers.

Driving Abroad

Vehicles are not permitted to be taken abroad.

On-Line Bookings

All bookings made on-line will be confirmed within 48 hours, bookings are not valid until confirmation is received.
